How We Do It

The guest experience DVD is produced in minutes as the guest transits the event exit area.

The system is a unique automated process with minimal staff input. A team member slots a small Flash memory card into a micro video recorder when a guest boards or enters the vehicle or event. It records their view and experience from several angles during the experience. On completion or return the Flash card is taken by the staff member.

The equipment operator needs to do nothing more than insert the card in a PC, and then present the personalised DVD to the guest four minutes later. That’s it. Operator time commitment is negligible.

Stock video clips, advertising, intros, datasheets, documents and any computer-based material can be automatically combined with the video footage captured during the day and the result is a fully-authored DVD which looks as though it's taken hours to produce but is actually delivered to the guest in a few minutes, including printing the DVD face in full colour.

The key to making this type of system commercially viable is a combination of professional-grade, high-quality onboard video hardware and a fully automated DVD production method, eliminating the need for specialist on-site personnel and time-consuming manual production methods usually required for this type of product.
