Mercedes-Benz World
|
At Mercedes-Benz World everyone can experience the Mercedes brand
experience. Rapid Media fitted eighteen AMG cars with onboard camera
kits and installed the back-end system to produce unique DVDs for
visitors to take home after driving cars on the private test tracks
and skid pan.
Mercedes Benz world is one of the most compelling examples of the
power of the “Brand Centre”. What this achieves is creating brand
advocacy. Making the experience more engaging and inclusive increases
the likelihood that the customer will tell their friends and will
repurchase. If this guest has a DVD to take home to show the friends,
this re-enforces and strengthens that advocacy.

Warner Village Theme Parks

Rapid Media have installed on-board camera and recording systems to
produce personalised souvenir DVDs for customers of the Helicopter
Tour of Sea World in Surfers’ Paradise, on Queensland’s fantastically
scenic Gold Coast. Rapid Media provided the systems and technology to
enable Warner Village Theme Parks to offer their customers a unique
memento of the tour.
The Rapid Media system includes on-board cameras and microphones
for every seat in each helicopter, high-speed file transfer from the
helicopters to the ground-based retail servers, guest point-of-sale
stations, and rapid production of DVDs for sale to guests.

Warner Village theme parks were so pleased with the success of
their helicopter tour implementation that they extended their working
relationship with Rapid Media to include a souvenir DVD of their
Animal Adventures Programme.
In this implementation Rapid Media installed a system to film the
Marine Mammal Interaction programmes, both above and underwater.
Guests, who wouldn’t otherwise be able to have a record of their
once-in-a-lifetime experience, now go away with a unique memento of
their adventure. Over 150 DVDs a day, seven days a week, 364 days a
year, are produced.
